The State and Territory CCDF Administrators Meeting (STAM) 2026 will take place at the Hyatt Regency Reston. A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for lodging with the prevailing Government per diem rate of $183, plus 15% sales and occupancy taxes, per night for single or double occupancy, for a total of $210.45. Rooms will be available Sunday, July 19th, through Friday, July 24th.

Please note that the deadline to make reservations is July 7, 2026. If needed, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. three days prior to your arrival date; otherwise, your credit card guarantee will be charged a one-night fee.

Hotel Information 

The Hyatt Regency is in the heart of the vibrant Reston Town Center. Selected for its walkability, Reston Town Center offers more than 50 high-end retailers, 35 restaurants, and a multiscreen cinema. Each Hyatt Regency guestroom offers a workstation, a 55” flat panel Smart TV, and views overlooking Reston Town Center. Free high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in public areas. A Wi-Fi code for the meeting rooms will be provided at the registration desk for attendees.

Business Center

The business center is located on the first floor, lobby level, near the front desk. It is open 24 hours a day, contains two computers and one printer, and serves as a self-service center. FedEx shipping is available.

Pool

The outdoor pool is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Complementary towels are available. 

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is available 24 hours a day and features cardio machines, Peloton bikes, strength-training equipment, and exercise mats. Towels and filtered water are provided at no charge.

Amenities

Guestroom amenities include an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Microwaves are available on request.

Laundry Service

Laundry services are available for a fee and can be requested by completing a form in your room.

Parking at the Hyatt Regency Reston

STAM attendees will be offered a discount on overnight and daily self-parking. The discounted rates are $13.50 for overnight parking and $15.00 for daily parking. Parking is in the self-parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Valet parking is not available.

Dining at the Hyatt Regency Reston

•    The Capital Burger restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and offers a Happy Hour from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. during the week.
•    Room service is available daily from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
